General Manager FFR Region
PE Backed ERP vendor engaged NewVerus to find a General Manager FFR reporting into the COO. They wanted a fluent English speaker to liaise with the US head office together with a proven sales leadership background to manage 4 offices with a combined headcount of 350 Sales.
Search Strategy and Outcome
We engaged in a local and global proactive search appealing to individuals interested in the PE model as well as possible ex-pats seeking a return to France. We presented a short list of 3 candidates of which one candidate was offered and accepted and a further candidate was put under consideration for a future sales leader role.
